This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Automate Arsenal ("Provider") and You ("Client") for the purpose of managing a marketing campaign to generate and pre-qualify leads.

1. Services Provided

Automate Arsenal will:

Manage a marketing campaign on behalf of the Client.

Reach out to a designated database to generate and pre-qualify leads.

Deliver qualified leads immediately via text, email, and/or CRM integration.

2. Payment Terms

  • Client agrees to pay the predetermined fee per generated lead.

  • Payments will be made on an ongoing basis as leads are delivered by processing a card on file.

  • You agree to fund this card with sufficient funds to avoid declined payments.

2.1 Declined Payments

In the event of a declined payment, the following will apply:

  • An administrative fee of $25 will be charged for each declined payment attempt to cover the costs associated with processing and handling such transactions.

  • All lead generation efforts on the client’s account, including the provision of replacement leads, will be paused until the payment is successfully processed and all associated fees, including the $25 administrative fee, are paid.

  • Leads will only be delivered after a successfully processed payment immediately preceding the delivery of the lead. No leads will be provided if there are outstanding balances or unresolved administrative fees.

The client is responsible for ensuring that their payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. The client should promptly update their payment information if there are any changes.

3. No Long-Term Commitment

This agreement is not a contract and does not require a long-term commitment.

Client may discontinue services at any time without penalty.

4. Disclaimer

  • Automate Arsenal does not guarantee a specific number of leads or conversions.

  • All lead data will be provided as collected from outreach efforts.

    • Automate Arsenal does not guarantee that provided leads will want to work specifically with the client. The client is responsible for their own sales process.

5. Lead Replacement Policy (No Refunds)

Automate Arsenal does not provide refunds for generated leads.

However, Automate Arsenal will replace leads that meet the following criteria:

- Lead explicitly states they are in an area outside of the zip codes provided by you the client.

- Lead explicitly states that we have incorrect person that they never requested information regarding your services.

- Lead says they are already working with another provider and not interested in another quote.

The client must notify Automate Arsenal of unqualified leads within 7 days of delivery of said lead, in order to be eligible for replacement.

Client must have an actively paying account that is not paused or canceled. Pausing and canceling forfeits your replacements. Declined payments are considered a cancelation.

Replacement leads are provided Thursday & Friday every week.

Automate Arsenal has the right to refuse lead replacement if the lead does not meet the above criteria.

6. Acknowledgement

  • By proceeding with payment and/or utilizing Automate Arsenal’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
